Shipping policy

Most products are books, magazines, and CDs. For this reason, they will usually be shipped by USPS Media Mail. All orders will normally be shipped within business 24 hours - and will never exceed 72. Hours are typically from 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday PST (although that's often wishful thinking on our part!). We also ship internationally, with items under 4 pounds shipping by 1st Class International Mail, and those over 4 pounds, by USPS Priority International Mail.
